DataNest
DataNest is a wall-based 3D printed sculpture made as a result of data capture during a commissioned performance event. Dancers moved as birds mimicking their actions at nesting time. They interacted with clay, adding and altering its surface. Each intervention was digitally scanned and transformed into 3D printed sculptures in plant-based resin. This piece is the result of one of these data captures.
