This sculpture is cast in the very place from where it originated. The action of the tractor pressing its weight into the mud temporarily changes the shape and surface of the ground. By casting a section of the tyre imprint I am collecting its information, fixing a moment in time before that section of ground is affected by weather, time and eventually disappears.
